안녕하세요. 한국중소기업관리단 입니다.
이번케이스는 창업한지 얼마 되지 않은 기업으로써 원시정관만 되어 있어
정관에 임원 퇴직금/상여/위족보상 관련된 지급규정 정비한 사례입니다.
사업 초창기에 만나서 자금관련하여 진행을 하다가 아직 무리가 있어서 전반적인 관리를 받아서 진행하는 사례입니다.
일을 같이 하기 전에 정관이 원시정관으로 되어있어서 먼저 그부분 부터 수정을 하고 시작하였으며,
하반기 11월에 매출이 50억까지 하여 b2b로 3억3천까지 진행한 사례입니다.

육가공업체의 경우 경영쪽 보다는 어떻게 영업할지를 고민을 많이 하시기 때문에 재무적인
부분에 신경을 안쓰는 부분이 많습니다.
따라서 중요한 부분만 잘 해도 자금 받을때 확률이 많이 올라가는데 그런 부분에 대해서
한국중소기업진흥원과 상담을 받아 보시기를 권합니다.
오늘은 법인이라면 무조건 있는 정관에 대해서 지급규정 정비한 내용으로 사례를 작성해 봤습니다.
여러가지 정관에 명시 되어 있는게 많지만. 중요한 포인트만 잡고 나머지는 때가 되면 그때 그때
변경해서 쓰시면 되기 때문에 기초부터 하시면 됩니다.
